Product Overview Short cycle weld studs and pins offer the shortest welding time of all drawn arc stud options available on the market. they use a higer current, shorter weld time and the process does not require the use of a flux or ferrule. Short Cycle welding provides greater penetration than and can be used on uneven suraces and on sheet metal which is greater than 1.7mm. Generally they are used on mild steel but can also be used with stainless steel.
