Salt spray testing machine

The salt spray corrosion test chamber is an environmental test that uses the artificial simulated salt spray environmental conditions created by the salt spray test equipment to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the product or metal material. The temperature of the neutral salt spray test (NSS) test chamber is required to be (35±2) °C, the humidity is greater than 95%, and the fogging amount is 1~2mL/80cm*h. The nozzle pressure is 78.5137.3kPa (0.81.4kgf/ Cm2). In a salt spray test chamber, a salt solution containing (5 ± 0.5) % sodium chloride and a pH of 6.5 to 7.2 is sprayed through a spray device to allow the salt spray to settle onto the test piece to be tested. After a certain period, observe the surface corrosion state.
