The measuring projector, also known as an optical projection measuring instrument or an optical projection comparator, is a measuring instrument for measuring or comparing the contour or the surface of the workpiece to be measured by the principle of optical projection.
The projector can efficiently detect the contour and various surface shapes of complex workpieces. Manually adjustable LED cold light ensure that the workpiece will not be deformed twice; automatic edge-finding measurement can be used to improve measurement accuracy; accuracy is improved from traditional projectors 0.02mm to 0.001mm. To the aiming function of the instrument, it is equipped with a powerful crosshair generator to refine the image by interpolation and enlargement, which can automatically measure the edge and improve the measurement accuracy.
